Just as we set great store by the provenance of our culinary products, we are also especially proud of the Behmer family vineyard.
The grapes that go into our “Fasanerie” Riesling thrive in the Merler Fettgarten region, one of the best on the Mosel, world-famous for its shale slopes.
The 579 square metres of our vineyard are managed by the historic Alber Kallfelz winery, and the fruits of their labour can be seen, or rather tasted – dry, full-flavoured and full-bodied. To your health!
