Our preference is for FEINHEIMISCH and we favour regional producers with whom we maintain good personal relationships.
The Behmer family also insists on caring for the physical well-being of its guests – whether through Marion Behmer’s herb garden on the hotel property or her husband Hans-Werner’s passion for hunting.
