Wild Herb Weeks at Hotel Waldschlösschen

The peak season for delicate herbs is here again. Freshly picked from our hotel’s own beds, they add a touch of refinement to the menus of our restaurants, “Olearius” and “Fasanerie”.

From 14 April to 31 May, chef de cuisine Matthias Baltz and his team present you with delicious dishes! As an aperitif or digestif, we are happy to serve you a refreshing smoothie made from water-parsnip or any other wild herb.
