We belong to the FEINHEIMISCH corporation and we buy from regional producers with whom we maintain good, personal relationships.
And the Behmer family also play a role in providing homemade, local ingredients to the guests - through Marion Behmer's own herb cultivation or the hunting passion of her husband Hans-Werner.
